How it works
You add teams, judges and rooms to set each round and the schedule warns you the moment a team, judge or room is double-booked.
Each judge receives a six-character login code that is auto-generated once they've been added as a judge. Upon logging in they can see which rounds they have been assigned to judge, and can submit all of their scores and feedback directly on their phone or laptop.
Every submitted scorecard flows straight into the standings. No spreadsheets, no calculators, no end-of-day arithmetic. Everything is computed for you. When the last judge submits, the teams advancing are ranked above the cutoff line.
After all scores have been submitted one click puts the advancing teams on the projector, ranked, under fireworks. Perfect for a dramatic reveal. This also automatically releases the scorecards and feedback to the competitors. Each team receives their own login code so they can only see what belongs to them.

Every build is a standalone app for your association, not a tenant on somebody else's platform. It is branded to match the materials you already have: your exact colours, your logo, your typefaces and your name, carried through the judge portal, the standings screen and the printed slips.

Questions
No. Judges sign in with a code like UMTA-K7M2QD and teams with a code like TEAM-R4V9XN, printed on a slip at check-in. Codes never contain the letters O, I or L, so nothing gets misread. Lost one? Regenerate it in two clicks and the old code stops working.
Criteria, descriptions and point values are already configurable per competition. Anything structural is built in for you as part of the price. The brief we agree on before work starts describes your rules exactly, and the build matches it.
You do. The app runs in a hosting project registered to your association, with your own administration login. There is no platform to be locked into and nothing to cancel.
Nothing. The build runs on a permanent free hosting tier that never expires, never asks for a card and does not pause from inactivity. A full 30-team competition uses a small fraction of the free daily limits.
The next president inherits one link and two logins, plus a handover guide that walks through setting up a competition, running the day, and fixing the usual problems. No technical knowledge is required at any point.
From the live overview you click that scorecard and either reopen it for editing, with the numbers intact, or clear it so the judge starts from a blank sheet. Their screen updates on its own. Judges can also reopen and edit their own scorecards at any time.
Five days. The scoring engine already exists, so the work is your branding, your rules and a dry run on real phones. You get the delivery date in writing before anything starts; plan it with enough margin before your competition to test with real judges.
